No, we don't have the infrastructure offered by the main agents, but if you are prepared to give us a small window of exclusivity we can often save you money by targeting specific investors looking for just what you have to offer. All we ask from you is the formal mandate to act on your behalf for an agreed term and if we are successful, it is more than likely that a sale can be sorted out much faster than one funded by a UK lender who may take months to complete, and often with our fees being paid by the purchaser.

The keys to your new investmentThe benefits to you are that you are not announcing to the world that your flagship asset is up for sale, which could affect your credibility or even share price, and usually a quick sale without chains and endless conditions within a timeframe determined only by the prospective purchasers own due diligence.

If we cannot find a suitable buyer, you have lost nothing more than a little time and can move to a full marketing package with a National or International Agent.
