Buying Property

We have at various times access to portfolios of properties, single assets, and special purpose Vehicles (SPV's) holding commercial assets available to sell.

Whilst not always off market and exclusive we are generally dealing either direct with the vendor or the vendor's agent and undertake our own due diligence to ensure the property is deliverable on the terms provided.

If you would like to be added to our small database of investors, please contact us and let us know, but do be prepared however to complete Non-disclosure and Non-Circumvention Agreements before sensitive information can be released.

We usually have a relatively short window in the case of fully exclusive off market properties before conventional marketing methods are used by the vendors, so if any of the assets we offer are of interest, the minimum information generally required to move the deal forward will be Proof of Funding and a formal Letter of Intent, together with a Fee Agreement outlining the basis on which we are able to effect the introduction. Unless we are formally retained by the vendor, any fee will be payable by the purchaser on completion.Buildings

A lot of our investors are looking for specific stock, with a certain tenant covenant and rental yield, if you have a requirement for something out of the ordinary, we are well connected through our Associates to ascertain what is available.

By the nature of some assets, unsuccessful bids often mean that the asset may well come back onto the market so there is always the possibility that they may have been considered by you in the past, if that is the case and you no longer have any interest, do let us know.
